The Is This My Body program is an 8-week structured support plan designed to help you build strength, confidence, and consistency in a simple, realistic way.This is not about extremes, pressure, or unrealistic expectations. It’s about creating something that fits into real life.

You’ll be supported week by week so you’re never left guessing what comes next.


Simple Nutrition Support

Straightforward, realistic nutrition guidance to support your progress without strict rules or overwhelm.

(Nutrition plans will be offered as an optional extra outside of the main program.)


Weekly Check-Ins & Ongoing Support

Regular check-ins and continued support throughout the 8 weeks to help keep you accountable and on track.


Supportive Space (In Progress)

The aim is to also build a supportive menopause-focused community on site, where women can feel encouraged and understood throughout their journey.


Coaching Options

The main focus is the 8-week program, but individual coaching will also be available for those who want more personalised support. The programmes will be running back to back.
